Fan Xu obtained a Master of Arts degree from the Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2019. In 2021, she joined the Department of Industrial Design for pursuing her Ph.D. degree at Hanyang University. Her research interests include service design in food delivery services and service design for social innovation.
Zheyuan Zhang received her Bachelor of Engineering degree from China Jiliang University in 2021.
